I have worked with Allied for many years. They replaced my old a/c unit that had failed. The tech, Jeff S. was experienced, knowledgeable, well trained and efficient in his work. He explained the process from beginning to end, including a redesign to make everything fit in the limited space. Once again, professional techs, quality products and reliable workmanship.

We moved into a new house recently and Allied was recommended to us by my best friend. We had them install a new humidifier and zone the system. On moving day (Friday) at 3 pm when we showed up we found the AC wouldn't shut off. I texted my tech with hopes of getting on the schedule for the following week since it was late Friday. He said someone would be there in 30 min. They stayed for 2 hours and fixed a faulty wire and it was all covered under warranty. Can't argue with customer service like that. Highly recommend if you want dependable folks that are very responsive.

I recently had the pleasure of having Chris and Jackson from Allied AC and Heating install a new AC unit at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions with patience. The installation was smooth, and they left the area spotless. The new unit works perfectly, and I can already feel the difference in the comfort of my home. I highly recommend Chris, Jackson, and the entire team at Allied AC and Heating for any HVAC needs!

Allied Air Conditioning & Heating Corp ay the Palatine, Il location installed a new HVAC system for us on 6/11/2024. Sam and Keenan were absolutely excellent installers. They were very efficient installing in a tight space. We highly recommend Allied for your HVAC service and installation needs.

On the day of the installation Jeff and Jackson arrived right on time as requested. The installation was prompt and done in a timely matter, and it they explained exactly what needed to be done from start to finish. Yep... 5 Stars all the way. Great Job.
